A membership at UCHealth Medical Fitness is more than access to a gym. No matter where you are on your personal journey to good health, we welcome you to participate in our programs that support and guide you to your health goals.
- New member nutrition analysis: Go beyond just exercise. Record your food consumption for 24 hours and turn in your food journal to the front desk to receive an analysis of your current diet highlighting your nutritional opportunities and deficits.
- Personalized fitness assessment: Administered by a degreed fitness specialist, the fitness assessment provides information on present fitness levels and health risks that can be used to track and show each member’s individual progress.
- Individualized exercise prescription: Designed by a fitness specialist, this personalized exercise prescription plan is developed from information collected during the fitness assessment and is unique for each member. Members are encouraged to take advantage of the knowledge of our skilled professionals to review and adjust workouts at least every six months.
- Re-assessment and prescription every six months: Re-assessment is recommended and offered every six months to help track achievement of goals and make sure members are keeping on track with their individualized exercise plan.
- Health education: MedFit offers a variety of complimentary health education seminars and workshops annually.
