Women on Weights

If you are intimidated by weight lifting or bored with your current weight lifting routine, join us for this six-week class to learn exciting lifting routines in a safe, gender-specific environment. Our trained fitness specialists give you the confidence you need by teaching appropriate form and technique. Take advantage of the many health benefits associated with resistance training: decreased body fat, increased bone density, increased strength, improved range of motion and reduced risk of injury. All fitness levels welcome. Classes run every eight weeks; registration required.

Boot Camp

Are you looking for a fast moving, ultra challenging workout? This six-week class offers a whole new level of motivation and accountability. Participants are assed at the start and end of each series through varied strength, endurance and body composition testing. This allows participants to truly grasp their level of improvement throughout each series. Work to advance your athletic performance, lose weight and increase overall fitness with this exciting, early morning class. Classes run every eight weeks; registration required.

Group Exericse

In addition to these exciting small group programs, we also offer a large variety of group exercise classes that appeal to all ages and ability levels. Classes include: CycleFIT, Zumba®, Yoga Flow, R.I.P.P.E.D.®, Cardio-Strength-Interval, Tai Chi, P90X, Tread & Shred, Zumba® Lite, Strength & Balance and more.
