As summer ends and fall approaches, we usually get a bit lazy and routine with our exercise habits look at this site. We no longer seeking the coveted “summer body” and are able to finally relax…right? Well, not exactly.
UCHealth Medical Fitness wants your exercise and eating routine to remain balanced within the Fall season, which is why we are launching our Fall Into Fitness program for the SIXTH year in a row!
Participate in activities, earn points, and win prizes, all while working towards your fitness goals, or while maintaining the health you’ve worked so hard for over the summer.
What is Fall Into Fitness?
Back by popular demand, Fall Into Fitness is a fitness program that spans from September 6th, 2016 to November 24th 2016 that aims to help you maintain your health goals throughout the winter months.
Throughout the period, you work towards earning the highest amount of points vto1z9n. Points are earned when preset activities are completed. Prizes awarded are based on how many points you earn, but as long as you get to 750 points you’ve earned a prize.
What types of activities earn me points?
Lots of activities! Everything from running community races, to attending a group fitness class, to meeting with our dietitian, to getting involved in social wellness counts towards points earned for the program.
Who can participate?
We are eager to welcome any participant that is over 18 years of age.
