MedFit Offers a Variety of Group Exercise Classes

Variety is an important part of achieving your fitness goals. At MedFit, we pride ourselves on offering several types of group exercise classes – all included in the cost of your membership. Our clients love that they can go from yoga to cycling to Pilates to HIIT to swim classes all at one location within a week. Discover the MedFit difference in our group exercise classes.

If it’s strength and conditioning you’re looking for, try one of our six different rotating strength classes. The high-intensity interval training classes (HIIT) will help you meet all our fitness goals in just one hour. Classes like B.G.L. and R.I.P.P.E.D.® are complete aerobic, strength, endurance, and flexibility workouts. If you’re looking to ease your way into strength training, try Mighty Body for a great muscle conditioning workout.

Do you need help staying accountable with your cardio goals? MedFit offers eight cardio classes a week to take with friends so you can stay on track. If you and your friends love a good dance party, try one of our three different Zumba® classes – traditional Zumba®, Zumba® Strength, and Zumba® Lite. Or, if you’re more into biking, try our CycleFIT class. It’s yet another heart-pumping workout with the structure needed to stay accountable and meet goals.

One of MedFit’s unique offerings includes our aquatic fitness classes. There are three different aquatics classes all for those who want to exercise while taking it easy of their joints. Each class offers a great aerobic, cardiovascular workout. AquaFIT and Aqua Wave are the more traditional aquatic fitness group classes. SwimFIT is for those who love to lap swim but want the extra challenge that comes from working with an instructor.

When it comes to group fitness at MedFit, there’s variety for everyone – including barre, yoga, and cardio and strength training.
