Taylor Hendrickson

Personal Trainer

Background: I have always lived out my true passion for wellness and exercise through particpation in a variety of activities. After years of training with friends and family, I became a full-time personal trainer in the Spring of 2017. It was then that I earned my NASM personal training certification .

Favorite part about training at MedFit: It excites me that the MedFit team deeply cares about our members. This adds value to my clients’ sessions and helps them confidently acheive their goals.

One fun, unknown fact about you: I funded my education by working as a professional guitarist.

Training specific specialties: Mobility training, strength training, hypertrophy (muscle growth and toning) and power lifting.


Lauryn Near

Personal Trainer/Fitness Specialist

Background: I received my Bachelor of Science in Pre-Professional Health Science in 2015 from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. I also recently became an ACSM certified Personal Trainer.

Favorite part about training at MedFit : I love meeting new clients and watching them work to acheive their goals! I really enjoy being part of a team that is so committed to healthy lifestyles and fitness!

One fun, unknown fact about you: I played basketball in college for UCCS.

Training specific specialties: Function fitness training, weight management, youth sport-specific training and yoga.


DJ Arebalo

Personal Trainer

Background: Born and raised in Loveland, Colorado. I attended Fort Hays State University in Hays, KS where I received my Bachelor of Science in Sport & Exercise Therapy. Earned my ACSM Personal Trainer Certification in 2016. I also work as a personal trainer and instructor at Aims Community College in Greeley, CO. My wife, Destinee, and I have one daughter named Avery.

Favorite part about training at MedFit: I love working with varieties of clients who are looking to better their lives physically and mentally!

One fun, unknown fact about you: I have played baseball since I could pick up a ball, and I continue to play today.

Training specific specialties: Strength training, rehabilitative exercise, sport-specific training and interval training.


Don Donahoo

Swim Coach

Background: I have 47 years of experience coaching all levels and ages in both competitive and exercise-focused swimming.

Favorite part about training at MedFit : I love working with virtually everyone, especially the MedFit team.

One fun, unknown fact about you: I play golf for fun and for 3 years qualified for the Colorado Senior Golf championship.

Training specific specialties: Triathlon training, swim based workouts, competitive swimming, stroke refinement & speed improvement.
