As a medical fitness center, we pride ourselves on offering unique events to help challenge, teach and reward. Our goal is to encourage the community to live healthier lives and have fun while doing it! We are proud to offer most events free of charge to MedFit members as well as the Windsor and surrounding communities. So gather up your friends, family members, neighbors and co-workers and get involved in all the events happening this winter!

What’s New This Winter
Launching January 7 | $25 per month (members only)
Monday, Wednesday & Friday | 6:15 – 7:05 a.m.
Are you looking for a fast moving, ultra challenging workout program? This program offers a whole new level of motivation and accountability in a small group setting. Strength, endurance and body composition are regularly assessed, ensuring you see results! Work to advance your athletic performance, lose weight and increase overall fitness with this exciting, early morning program. Registration required.
January 14 – April 7 | Free for members | $179 for non-members
This 12-week challenge is designed to help you reach your body composition goals (i.e weight loss and strength gains). FITbody will include 3-Inbody scans that will provide measurements to track progress, workouts tailored to your fitness level, and meal plans / recipes. Everyone’s body is different and we want to provide you with the tools that your body needs in order to succeed. Registration begins December 26.
MEAL PLAN & PREP SEMINAR
January 16 | 6:00 – 7:30p.m. | Free for all
Get on track to meet your 2019 nutrition goals with this informative seminar. MedFit’s registered dietician, Katie Kissane, will be covering the importance and benefits of meal planning as well as providing helpful tips on meal preparation. Along with that, Katie will guide participants through making a quality grocery list and provide tips on how to effectively navigate the grocery store.

This season we will be focusing on farmer’s markets, seasonal produce, healthy Halloween treats, low-calorie Thanksgiving recipes and avoiding the inevitable holiday weight gain.
