As a medical fitness center, we pride ourselves on offering unique events to help challenge, teach and reward. Our goal is to encourage the community to live healthier lives and have fun while doing it! We are proud to offer most events free of charge to MedFit members as well as the Windsor and surrounding communities. So gather up your friends, family members, neighbors and co-workers and get involved in all the events happening this winter!

What’s New This Fall


September 9 – October 20 | Free for members

Miles Club is back! During this six week program we will be working together to reach the top of “The Climb.” Every mile you spend engaging in cardiovascular exercise helps us reach our goal – walking, biking, swimming, you name it! As we climb our way up a mountain, there will be checkpoints with fun prizes as we reach each stage, and if Team MedFit reaches the summit then all Miles Club participants get the grand prize!  Be sure to watch our progress as we watch our hiker reach the top of the mountain. Trivia, fun facts, myth busters will keep you motivated and boost team spirit! “Teamwork divides the task & multiplies the success.”


Monday, September 23 | Free for members

Knees and ankles tend to be the first areas in our body to cause aches and pains as we try to increase intensity and duration of exercise. Don’t jump to taking over the counter pain medications or spending an arm and a leg on pricey therapeutic modalities! A healthy prescription of “corrective exercise” can help you get back on track to meeting all your goals. Join us at this workshop to learn how.


Saturday, October 5 | 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. | Free for all

Join us for our 8th annual Health Screening Fair. There will be health screenings and eduational booths to help you understand your body. Screenings such as bone density, cholesterol, nutrition, vision, hearing and more will be available.

Small Group Fitness


Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. | Tuesday 4:45 – 5:45 p.m |Tuesday and Thursday 6:00 – 7:00 p.m.

Bring balance to your body with a focus on alignment, posture, strength and flexibility. Pilates is a low impact workout that specializes in injury prevention and rehabilitation. Our small group classes allow for individualized attention while enjoying the lower cost of working in a group. Registration required.

  • One Session: $15 member; $25 non-member
  • Package of 10 Sessions: $130 member; $199 non-member


Monday, Wednesday and Friday | 6:00 – 6:45 a.m. 

Get results fast with this high intensity interval training (HIIT) and heavy weight lifting approach to small group training. This program guarantees you will see results and provides a whole new level of motivation and accountability. Strength, endurance and body composition are regularly assessed, helping you blast through plateaus ! Work to advance your athletic performance, lose weight and increase overall fitness with this exciting, early morning program. Come join in on the fun and meet like minded friends who share your passion for exercise! Registration required.

Clinical Wellness

Clients are evaluated by an oncology certified physical therapist and receive an individualized exercise program. A typical program includes cardiovascular, balance and strength training.

This class is designed to address your health and fitness goals with input and guidance from your healthcare provider. We work with you to ensure you reach your goals in a safe, motivating environment. Participants meet with fitness professionals three times per week in a group setting.

Youth Fitness


By Appointment | See Front Desk to Schedule | Cost: Free to members/$30 non-members

Offered to youth ages 7-12 and 13-15 years old, these programs teach kids how to safely and effectively perform age appropriate exercises utilizing UCHealth Medical Fitness equipment.


Give your kids a gift that will last a lifetime. Half hour sessions are offered for 2 months through 12 years old. Parents are required to attend for children less than 2 years of age.
