Autumn is in full swing! Let MedFit help keep your routine on track!

As a medical fitness center, we pride ourselves on offering unique events to help challenge, teach and reward. Our goal is to encourage the community to live healthier lives and have fun while doing it! We are proud to offer most events free of charge to MedFit members as well as the Windsor and surrounding communities. So gather up your friends, family members, neighbors and co-workers and get involved in all the events happening this fall!

What’s New This Fall


Thursday, November 15 | 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. | Free for all

Interested in becoming a better swimmer? This swim clinic, taught by MedFit adult swim instrutor Don Donahoo, is geared toward swimmers ages 13 and above who are beginning to learn the fundamentals of swimming. During this one-hour clinic, swimmers will be shown the techniques of all 4 stokes: butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke and freestyle, and walk away with a new level of confidence in the water. *Note: All participants should be able to swim 25 yards and be familiar with 2 or the 4 swimming strokes.


Wednesday, November 28 | 5:45 p.m. – 6:45 p.m. | Free for all

Come flow and get upside down with us! In this special yoga class, we will guide you through the basics to safely practice handstand, forearm stand, headstand and more incorporated. All levels are welcome to this fun event.


November 15 – January 8 | Free for members

Join us for this FREE Holiday motivator! Participants start by weighing-in at MedFit November 15-21, weigh back in January 2-8, if you maintain (within 1.5 lbs.) or lose weight you will receive a gift from MedFit for a job well done! Sign up as an individual or with a team. Maintainers will be entered into a drawing for a FREE MONTH! Lose weight and receive a second entry!


November 23 – 25 | Free for members

Want to burn off all those extra Thanksgiving day calories? Make it a family affair! All guests are free the weekend after Thanksgiving. So bring in your friends and family for a fun post-turkey day workout!

*Note: MedFit is open from 8am to 4pm on Friday, Novermber 23.


December 1 – 23 | Free for members

Pick up our fun 12 Days of Christmas workout sheet to keep you on track through the month of December. Participate in an ever in , learn holiday wellness tips and earn prizes along the way.


Wednesday, December 12 | 7:00 – 8:00 p.m. | Free for all

Research proves that adding 10-15 minutes of stretching to your daily schedule helps “reset” your muscles’ stretch reflex and complements your comprehensive health and wellness program. As we count down the 12 days of Christmas, join our S.O.S. event to boost your energy level and help you navigate your holiday season. MedFit’s own massage therapists, Jaime Owens and Val Webb, team up to teach the top 12 benefits of stretching, self-care, how/when to safely stretch and strategies to keep relaxed even after your medical massage.

January 14 – April 7 | Free for members | $179 for non-members

This 12-week challenge is designed to help you reach your body composition goals. FITbody will include 3-Inbody scans that will provide measurements to track progress, workouts tailored to your fitness level, and meal plans and recipes. Everyone’s body is different and we want to provide you with the tools that your body needs in order to succeed. More info coming soon…

This season we will be focusing on farmer’s markets, seasonal produce, healthy Halloween treats, low-calorie Thanksgiving recipes and avoiding the inevitable holiday weight gain.
