This summer program is designed specifically for youth ages 7-13. SPARK is an active and educational summer youth fitness program where kids participate in engaging activities. They will learn about tools to create a fun and healthy lifestyle.
Offered to members ages 7-12 and 13-15 years old. These programs teach kids how to safely and effectively perform age-appropriate exercises utilizing UCHealth Medical Fitness equipment.

Give your child a skill that will last a lifetime. Half-hour sessions offered for infants through age 16.
